Someone To Talk To LLC Terms & Conditions
Please read in its entirety the following terms and conditions of the Someone To Talk To listening phone service agreement. The Client must be at least 18 years of age and agree to the following terms and conditions in order for the Client to use the services provided by Someone To Talk To.
1. Please note that Someone To Talk To is strictly a safe, confidential and compassionate listening service conducted over the phone. Someone To Talk To should not be considered therapy, counseling, mental, medical, marital, legal or financial advice. Someone To Talk To is not a suicide hotline. If you are having suicidal thoughts, please call the National Suicide Hotline at 988.
2. If at any time while on the phone the Client is rude, disrespectful, aggressive, threatening, harassing, flirtatious or shares sexual content, then Someone To Talk To has the right to end the call, in which case the Client shall not be entitled to a refund. Someone To Talk To also has the right to refuse service to any Client.
3. By calling or scheduling a call the Client agrees that Someone To Talk To is a listening service and not a counseling/therapy/coaching service, advisory service or a suicide prevention life line and that Someone To Talk To shall not be held responsible for any injury or damages suffered by the Client, or any other third party. By using Someone To Talk To listening service, the Client agrees that he/she shall defend and hold harmless Someone To Talk To from any legal action arising by the use of Someone To Talk To listening service.
4. Someone To Talk To is a confidential and compassionate listening service which cares for the client’s privacy. Please note that the phone calls between the client and Someone To Talk To will not be recorded without your permission. If the client decides to share personal information to Someone To Talk To, it will not be shared with anyone else except in order to comply with an applicable law if needed. Someone To Talk To will ask a client to contact 911 if they discuss anything related to intentionally/non-intentionally physically harming another person in the past, present or future.
5. Because Someone To Talk To offers a service based on integrity, no client/username can exceed more than 60 minutes per day and 120 minutes per week in phone calls. Operating this way keeps your financial cost at a reasonable level regardless of your income. Phone calls are $.80 per minute and the first 15 minutes are FREE for new users.
6. Someone To Talk To does not provide mental, medical, marital, legal or financial advice, counseling. Someone To Talk To will not be liable to anyone for any damages including but not limited to, damages for personal injury or wrongful deaths, loss of business profits, business interruption and relationship or health problems.
7. Payments are made to Someone To Talk To LLC. I do not email invoices for services.
8. Someone To Talk To does not issue refunds for any reason. All payments are final.
By making a phone call or scheduling a call to Someone To Talk To you have agreed that you have read and understood “The Terms and Conditions” found on this website.
